Wolfgang von Klein fifteen -- male -- bisexual -- normal kemono (albino/artic wolf) -- german
Likes: darkness, the moon, other wolves, nature, warmth (to an extent), the cold (to an extent), meat (he won't eat anything else willingly), snow Dislikes: too much unwanted attention, sunlight, bright lights in general, dog whistles, tight collars, fleas and ticks (they plague him in the summer and spring. flea and tick baths, anyone?), anyone who pulls on his tail Positive Traits: loyal, obedient, 'puppy'-like around those he knows, an open book (though, it could also be 'negative'), stronger than he looks Negative Traits: quick to act, easily distracted, acts more like the wolf he is rather than a boy, easily manipulated, aloof of those he meets on the streets, blunt Phobias: Coulrophobia- Fear of clowns, Nosocomephobia- Fear of hospitals, Poinephobia- Fear of punishment Other: Wolfgang never actually had a name at first. In his motherland, Germany, he was discarded by his parents in a dense forest when he was just able to walk without falling on his face all the time. He cried for hours and what seemed like days until he was found by a Gray Wolf sent to investigate the sound. Since he was pretty much the same being, only in humanoid form (though, he was more Artic than Gray), the wolf immediately took him to the rest of the pack.
They were curious at first, but they accepted him into the pack anyway. It didn't take him long to catch on to their ways, and he even learned their language. Yes, it seems weird, but a few barks, growls, and howls go a long way. Since his canine teeth and fingernails were longer and sharper than normal, hunting became a breeze as he grew up and had better motor skills. They taught him to never leave the forest or else the 'pale ones' would snatch him up.
When he turned eleven, the 'pale ones' invaded the forest, tearing everything down. He and the pack attempted to fled. Some were killed, some were captured. He escaped with the pack leader. They evaded the 'pale ones' for days, taking shelter in a cave. However, they found the pair soon enough. The pack leader was kill upon trying to attack one of the men, while he was taken be surprize by a 'pale one' dressed differently than the others. Instead of putting a net or something around him to capture him, the 'pale one' simple scratched the boy behind the ears. If that didn't cause him to want to purr like a cat, then I don't know what would. Instead of growling, though, he just whined and wagged his bushy tail happily.
It didn't take much to coax the boy into the large car that awaited them. The man asked for his name, but he simply stared at him, tilting his head like a puppy that didn't understand what was being asked. He introduced himself as Friedhelm von Klein, but the boy insisted on calling him 'pale one' instead of his name. Friedhelm thought for a moment before deciding on naming the boy, as though he had just bought a dog from a breeder or the pound. So, his new name was Wolfgang von Klein, but it was shortened to Wolf every now and again.
In the few years that passed, Friedhelm taught the boy the human language. Well, a few of the many languages, actually. He started first with German, then to English, and then to Japanese. Of course, he never forgot the 'wolf-speak', and it made itself apparent during the full moon or days in which his 'inner puppy' takes over.
When he was thirteen, Friedhelm had to move to Japan for business purposes. Did Wolfgang stay in Germany? Oh, no. He took the albino wolf with him, probably to show him off like a dog that just won a contest. Which he pretty much did, not that Wolfgang minded. Only two months ago did his life change once more as death made itself 'comfortable' in his life. A fire started in the kitchen as one of the cooks messed up while making a late night snack. The fire alarm didn't go off, strangely, and it was only the cook and Wolfgang who knew right away. While the cook was downstairs trying to put out the quickly spreading fire (all his commotion waking the other servants), the boy was off trying to wake his 'pale one'. He chanted over and over again 'Pale One! You must wake!' (you have to remember him not being too fluent with human languages), and he even tried pulling the covers off the man and barking in his ear. Nothing worked.
When the fire grew and made its way up to the third floor, his final attempt to wake Friedhelm when in wain. In an attempt to save his own life and the man's, he dragged the man over to the window and tossed him out and then leaped out himself. You must be thinking 'jump out of the third story window? Are you insane?!' Maybe. But, there was a conveniently placed pool just below the window. The water woke up the man, sure, but he couldn't swim. These 'pale ones' need to learn a few basic survival skills. Wolfgang was able to pull his body out, but the man had already died by the time he was able to pull him on to land (it was a large pool).
With the house in ruins and the 'pale ones' of the house dead, the little Artic Wolf took to wandering around at night and hiding in the alleys during the day. You must remember that his albinism makes the sunlight horrible for his eyes and skin. During the day, even while in the alley, he'll often have his ears tilted forward to provide some protection from the sun.
---
Due to the fact that he was raised in the wild with a pack of wolves for nine years of his life, his 'wild' side can be shown quite a lot. Although he was ranked with the normal adult wolves in the pack, he still had the personality of a pup when it came to most things. Though, he will bite. You have to watch out for that. He hates it when his tail is pulled, and the fluffy white tail is tucked between his legs when he feels insecure or when someone does try to pull his tail. Wolfgang calls any and all humans 'pale ones', and all of their vehicles he calls 'metal monsters'. Even if they're plastic... He is very fond of getting scratched behind his ears, and he'll instantly 'love' and trust anyone who does it.
Wolfgang is known to bark or growl before actually switching to human language when speaking to someone. The reason is because a) his animal side is showing, and b) he sometimes forgets that only wolves and dogs understand what he's saying. He has only known meat his whole life (well, milk from his mother from long, long ago), and it is the only thing he is willing to eat. Vegitables are out of the question. Though, if something does smell mouth-watering, he will get curious and start begging for it. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - OOC Name: Nyuu Other Characters: Hillar & Toussaint
