His father was in the business of Shipping Kemono to Tokyo. Except he wasn't the high on the totem pole time, just a laborer. Mocked by their richer cousins for being poor laborers. Luke had other ideas. At first, while still in middle school, it was petty crime. High school brought more daring heists which led him down a much darker path. Always a good kid, when confronted with killing a witness, Luke refused. His partners shot at Luke as he ran, a shrapnel from a bullet ricochet and he lost his eye. True, he could have gotten a glass eye but he never saw the point in pretending it never happened. He would never see from it. When he returned to school he became interested in the Photography Club, a passion he keeps today. A passion that was frowned upon by his father. Labor was what he was good for, to help the family like his siblings. After all, he was the good-for-nothing child, least he could do is work. It would keep him busy! Keep him out of trouble! Yet Luke thrived for his cameras and when he worked enough to pay for a ticket, where no one knew what he was, where none of his family was.. he took it first chance he got. Luke was never good at learning languages but photos portrayed all he needed to. Yet to keep his passion burning, he needs money and Luke cannot deny he has a greedy side.
