Slaves
If you can call them that. He thinks of kemono as beautiful and exotic, and leaves manual labour to his human employees. For the most part, he treats them no differently than his human friends or lovers. On the other hand, he finds the idea of a consensual master/slave relationship to be pretty hot. He wouldn't mind having a kemono around who likes being enslaved, not in the least.
Friends
Well, he has plenty of acquaintances but few (if any) true friends. Anyone lucky enough to call him friend will find that the relationship comes with many benefits that extend far beyond free drinks at any of the nightclubs he owns.
Lovers

Enemies
As well as being rich and successful, he's also left a trail of broken hearts in his wake, a jilted lover would have a very good reason to hate him, as well as any business owners who are in direct competition with him in Shibuya. He also sees anyone who harms a member of his inner circle (friends and paramours) as an enemy.
Others
He makes frequent trips to shrines to buy charms from the mikos, and regularly sends servants out to buy candles. There's some potential for blackmail (ie. give me monies or I'll tell everyone about your little ghost problem), but there's always the chance he might brush it off.
Nightclubs are also good places for: hanging out, doing a bit of dancing, gathering information,
