Megumi is good at making friends and she will probably attempt to make friends with any Kemono in her master's/mistress' house. The more the merrier!
Lovers
To be honest, she's more likely to make friends than lovers. It's not that she's averse to love and sex; she just...doesn't think about it a lot.
Enemies
She's not the type to make enemies, although it is certainly possible for someone to get on her nerves. She'd likely be bewildered if someone confessed that they hated her.
Other
Well, she will need blood donors gets these strange cravings sometimes, although she only needs a mouthful and being a donor is better than sex so it's not like feeding satisfying her craving is going to kill someone although it might give them an orgasm.
