Powerful dark blue wings flapped; sending water splashing into the air with each motion, though the Kemono didn't seem to be going anywhere. Infact, he wasn't even trying. With a Macaw-like screech, the blue-haired Kemono bobbed and flailed in the water. One might've mistaken this for drowning; though the water wasn't deep enough, and.. well.. his head was clear above the surface.
More screeching; and excited wing-spazzing.
Quite the contrary, Bleu was thrilled. He'd found water! Granted, he'd had to ditch Rorie without permission to do so, but that was alright. Because he'd found water, and later he'd go home and Rorie would never notice! He'd be home, playing with Sonore -- his Guinea Pig -- and Rorie would never even know he left. Because.. the fact the Hyacinth Kemono was dripping-wet wouldn't be a dead giveaway or anything. Bleu's logic said it would go unnoticed, so obviously it would!
His logic also said his previous masters wouldn't notice he'd chewed up their furniture.
They did notice, and then they got mad.
With more happy shrieks, he crouched into the water, dipping his wings as low as they'd go beneath the surface, then flinging them upward, drops of water flying into the air, and back down on him. "Woo, woooo~!" Bobbing and flailing, the stares of passing people went entirely unnoticed. Or.. actually, they might've just encouraged him. Infact, they likely did. ..Where was the Macaw supposed to be right now? Home, of course. But he not only had the shocking intelligence of a Macaw, but the intelligence of a human too!
Locks, they didn't keep him out. Or in.
Oh look! Birds!
Spotting a couple of birds flying overhead, he perked, peering up -- and cried out to them. Needless to say, the passing sparrows didn't exactly respond. They kept right on flying. "Waittt! Let'sbefriends~" No response. So, he paused for a moment, peering into the water. His reflection was seen this time. "Hi other Bleu~!" Bobbing, he trilled in greeting. The 'other Bleu' did too. "Why're you mimicing me? Let's play~! Look at all the water~" Bob, bob, trill! He splashed a bit more -- and the reflection rippled and broke. "..Where'd you go..?"

Caleb himself had slipped away from the sharp eyes of his new master. Though it was getting easier, being bought, he still wasn't having the easiest time adjusting to the new place and new people. He adored the lamb that was his new companion, but wasn't sure about his master. Somehow, Caleb rather felt like a prize or piece of meat. His hand went up and gently touched his horn that errupted from his hairline. This... it had caused him so much trouble! He couldn't live even a semi-normal life because of it.
He sighed, the sun falling in golden splotches on him through the partial covering of the foliage. There had been a park that he had wanted to go to- hoping to hide, or perhaps forget that he was a slave. If anyone saw him, they would see the collar around his neck and the appendage on his forehead, and know exactly what he was. It was utterly depressing.
A few loud sqwaks and shreiks interrupted his depressed musing. What one earth was happening out there? Caleb peeked out fo the leaves... and was promtly splashed full in the face with water. He leaned back, sputtering and wiping it out of his eyes. Someone was playing in the fountain? It didn't seem that believable. What person was out there? Another move forward, and he could see blue wings on the person- no, a kemono- that was enjoying himself. He had to chuckle when he head it asking the reflection to play with him.
"I'll play with you instead," he offered, slipping onto the edge of the fountain and dipping his feet in. "Hi. I'm Caleb. Nice to meet you...?" This was going to be interesting! A kemono that knew how to enjoy himself and have fun! And one that apparently didn't have a master in sight. How curious!

Adrian more than had the permission to be out and about in the city. In fact, his Master, Anderson, encouraged the Kemono to stretch his legs. It was almost strange but it made the blond happy, something he hadn't been since his old master -that sunuvabitch- "clipped" his wings. He wouldn't think on that though. Not now, not today. It was to nice out, to beautiful to waste on such depressing subjects. Adrian just wanted to go out, find a nice shady spot in the gardens, and write in the leather-bond journal Anderson had given him...
Alas, peace was never an option at this point. The bird was just walking along the path when he heard noises, bird-like calls and splashing that peeks his innate curiosity. Shifting the little saddle bag on his shoulder that held his beloved writing supplies, he took a turn in the path, following his sensitive ears towards the unknown source of the commotion. What he saw almost made him laugh. He kept his distance, standing in the shadows of a tall, strong tree as he watched the creature the flailed in the water beautiful blue wings stretching and flapping in obvious excitement.
It was a cute scene, really. It reminded Adrian of his younger sister, and how much she liked the water. Though he wings were winter white, just as Adrian's had been. The tall male watched fr several moment, enjoying the bewildered faces of humans who passed by, till another male walked towards the water source. Was that a horn? He must have also been a Kemono. Were none of their Masters around? Violet eyes gazed around for a moment before he shrugged and wondered towards a bench near the fountain, far enough away though that he wouldn't get splashed.
Settling do, her set the bag next to him. The two were smart, cooling off in the current heat. Adrian simply pulled out a bottle of water, taking a small pull before setting it aside again, focusing his attention on the pair once more.

The Hyacinth Kemono carried on his happy splashing; thoroughly managing to drench himself. Oh, Rorie would be thrilled when a dripping wet Kemono tracked puddled through the house, wouldn't he? Soaked or not, his hair managed to poof up a bit abnormally; the small, hidden feathers beneath it not yet wet thanks to the water-proofing oils carried in feathers -- and in his hair. That, however, would never do. More water!
He didn't notice the Unicorn Kemono -- not right away, atleast. Not until he was greeted. Head whipping around, he focused his good eye on the other Kemono -- and automaticly, was even more energetic, if that was possible. Another Kemono~ it would be his friend, maybe! Bobbing akin to a parrot, he moved a few steps in the direction of the Unicorn, then resumed his prior screech-flailing for a moment. Water was so wonderful~! Why was the Kemono sitting at the edge?
"You will~? Wooo~! Hi, I'm Bleu!" The kemono bobbed a few times, up and down, then swung his upper half sideways, head cocking to stare at the unnamed one with a trill. Animated-seeming motions. "Let's be friends~! Do you like water, too? There was another Bleu in the water, then he left. Oooh, he's back!" He sensed nothing 'evil' about the other Kemono, and it wasn't a cat -- obviously, it must be safe, then!
Reflection noticed once more, he froze to eye it, then bobbed. "See? The other Bleu, he does what I do, then leaves! Ça me rend triste! Mais alors je suis heureux à nouveau, car il ya de l'eau~" Because everyone would understand French. Well, that was, undoubtedly, what one got when conversing with an over-energized French parrot. Who probably didn't understand that not everyone didn't speak French.

Caleb had to laugh at how silly the bird kemono was- but that was alright. It was nice to be a little more simple where these things were concerned. "Yep! The water is pretty nice!" He dipped his fingers in the water and playfully splashed the other kemono, moving further into it and getting pretty wet himself. The heat had become somewhat oppressive by this time, and this was helping him cool down a lot. Caleb noted to himself that he would have to dry off before he went back to his master and new home, since he didn't know how anyone would react to his disobedience and didn't want to make it worse.
"So who's your master?' he asked casually. It was the only thing that really came to his mind at the moment. He had made friends when he had been hiding among the humans, but hadn't really made friends with any kemono. He didn't know how, to be truthful. The first ones he had seen were at the slave auction. "And do you like him? Is he nice?"
At that last word, his foot had stepped on a rock wrong. Caleb slipped, falling into the water pretty hard. Thankfully, it wasn't that deep, and his shoulders and head had stayed above it. There was no danger of drowning here. He started chuckling at his own clumsiness, rubbing the base of his horn in embarassment.

The bird was definitely... energetic. It made Adrian smile as he reclined slightly on the bench. The water was oh-so tempting at this point but, clad in a white t-shirt and jeans, Adrian didn't doubt that it would be a heavy walk home. Still, the two looked like they were having fun. Obviously it was the first time they'd meet by how the blue bird was acting. Shaking his head, Adrian stood and approached the fountain. No harm in getting his feet wet, right?
"Afternoon," he greeted the pair, a small wave of his hand accompanying his deep voice as he paused at the fountain's edge, leaning forward the peer into the water from a moment. It as likely that the two many not have realized that he was also a Kemono. The only thing that gave him away were his piercing violet eyes. He kicked off his shoes, leaning down to roll up the bottom of his pants before he stepped easily over the ledge to stand in the shallower part of the water.
Just as he looked forward again, the Unicorn Kemono took a dive. Instinct kicked in ad he took several long strides forward as the younger male's head stuck out of the water, bending down slightly. "You alright?" Adrian held out one slender hand, an offer for help.

"Oui~, I have a flock leader! Rorie~! He owns a Petshop! And let me have a Guinea Pig. I named it Sonore, française for 'sound'~!" Happy as could be, Bleu certaintly wasn't one of the Kemono that disliked being kept. Of course, he had been born and raised to be a 'pet'. Like an actual parrot. He was perfectly content in the role of 'pet'. 'Master', of course, was the flock leader, by parrot standards -- everyone else he liked was part of the flock. It was a big happy family.. sort of.
"Oui, oui~ Il est très gentil! I've had other flock leaders who were très mauvais, though.. they got mad at me.. I don't know why.. I like Rorie, though~! He's très gentil~!" Chattering quickly, the parrot kemono's happiness was evident -- only faltering when explaining the not nice masters. Then, like a snowball rolling down a hill, the happiness and energy returned, steadily growing as he was splashed at.
Another man approached, too! More company! "Salut! I'm Bleu!" When Caleb slipped, a squawk was given; head turning sharply to focus with the undamaged eye; finding no danger. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?" Panic. Well, the unicorn kemono -appeared- alright.. but.. what if he wasn't? Ohno!

Caleb chuckled in embarassment as he took the hand that was offered him. "Thank you- I'm fine, really. Just suffering from some clumsiness!" He reassured the newcomer and the kemono he had been playing with. "Sorry for making you both worry!" His fingers ran though his snowy hair as he quickly studied the man who had helped him. Human or kemono? From those eyes it looked like he was a fellow kemono, but it wasn't obvious what kind.
Caleb turned to give a quick, reassuring smile to the bird that seemed concerned for him. It hadn't been a hard fall, after all, and it wasn't like he was drowning.
"Caleb Fletcher. Nice to meet you...?" The greeting that he had given earlier to Bleu was now repeated to the blonde. It was only polite, after having been helped by him, and it was nice to know who was helping him out.
